Kim Crowley, Registered Music Together Teacher
Kim showed a passion for music at a very young age. She has studied both the piano and violin. However, in College she spent much of her time singing, making her voice her most beloved instrument. Kim has been a featured dancer and member of the chorus in the musical "Hello Dolly", as well as a member of the internationally recognized Meredith College Choral Group. After college, Kim worked in sales and marketing for many years. But after marrying her husband, Tim, and having children, Kim rediscovered her passion for music through time spent singing and playing musically with her two young boys, Carson, age 5, and Eli, age 3. Together they love dancing, singing, moving, shaking, drumming, and playing small instruments to many types of music. Having taken a Music Together class with her son, Carson, when he was 2 ˝, Kim looked at the opportunity to teach Music Together as a way to re-engage a passion from her youth. This summer, she was trained by Music Together co-founder, Dr. Lili Levinowitz, PhD. Kim hopes she will spread her joy for music and love of children to other families.
