Erica was most recently trained by Music Together co-founder, Dr. Lili Levinowitz, PhD. Erica also teaches music in Preschools around the Triangle.

Erica formerly practiced Corporate Law for six (6) years in the New York Metropolitan area, but now has returned to her passion … Music, Music and more Music…

Having taken Music Together® with her daughter, Lena, for 2 ½ years, Erica decided after relocating to North Carolina, to start Music Together centers in Apex, Chapel Hill, Durham and Pittsboro. Erica also provides music at several Preschools around the area.

In addition, she sang, shaked, boogied, and taught Music Together classes in the Charlotte area for 2 years before moving to Raleigh in June 2008. She has a wonderful voice and enjoys singing on the worship team at her church and is actively involved with children's ministry.

Katherine Hirsh, Creative Dance Instructor - Chapel Hill

Katherine Hirsh, a native of Montreal, Canada, trained at L’Ecole Superieure de Danse de Quebec (school of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens). She moved to western Canada in 1988 to join Alberta Ballet for one season and returned to Montreal dancing briefly for Les Grands before being invited to be a founding member of Le Jeune Ballet de Quebec. There she enjoyed the experience of dancing lead roles in a young company. A summer at the Banff Festival for the Arts allowed Katherine to portray Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty.

Since having her children she has loved sharing her love of dance with younger children and has created an innovative and interactive method of teaching young children in her Creative Dance and Let's Dance classes. These classes are more focused on teaching the art of dance and less on performances and costumes. She beleives that all children should have access to dance and should do so in a pressure free environment.
